MC Debbie D, professionally known as Dr. Debora Hooper, is an Ordained Reverend and hip hop's first rapper turned preacher! As a proponent of education, she attended Hugee Theological Institute in Harlem, where she matriculated earning five degrees, all Summa Cum Laude, including a Doctorate (D. Min.) 

Formerly, Dr. Hooper has held such titles as National Evangelist, Conference Speaker, Associate Minister, Youth Spiritual Supervisor, Radio Broadcast Announcer and Ministry Columnist.
